“Youth Insearch have moved from a volunteer-based model to a place-based model, with social workers embedded within local communities. Working with vulnerable young people, many of whom have experienced complex childhood trauma means that our clinical framework is trauma informed and strengths based.
The Open Dialogue Centre has worked closely with us during this period of growth, assisting us in developing a best practice model of care which utilises open dialogue techniques within a peer facilitated group setting. We are currently having further conversations about how we can implement further training, with the aim of developing a culture of dialogical practice across the organisation. We look forward to a continued relationship with the Open Dialogue Centre, exploring further options with regard to training, clinical practice and research.”
